Puppy’s First Groom
Every great grooming experience starts with a positive first visit.
Your puppy’s first appointment is designed to introduce them to grooming in a calm, patient, and encouraging way. Depending on your puppy’s age, comfort level, coat condition, and individual needs, their visit may include:
Bath
Blow dry
Gentle brushing
Nail trim
Ear cleaning
Light trimming where appropriate
Light spritz of cologne (unless you prefer fragrance-free)
Bandana or bow when appropriate
Some puppies are ready for more during their first appointment, while others simply need time to become comfortable with the grooming process.
Every puppy learns at their own pace, and we’ll tailor the experience to what is best for them.

Heading home after boarding?
One of our most popular services is our Departure Bath, designed especially for boarding guests.
A Departure Bath helps your dog go home looking, feeling, and smelling their best after a fun stay with us.
Departure Baths include:
Gentle shampoo

Brush out
Nail trim
Ear cleaning
Light spritz of cologne (unless you prefer fragrance-free)
Bandana or bow when appropriate
Because Departure Baths are worked into our boarding schedule, we recommend requesting one when you make your boarding reservation. Last-minute requests are welcome, and while we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll always do our very best to accommodate them.

Sometimes it’s the finishing touches that make all the difference. Whether you’d like to reduce shedding, freshen your dog’s breath, or add a few extra comforts to their visit, these optional services can be added to most grooming appointments or scheduled individually when available.
Nail Grinding(Our Most Popular Upgrade)- $15
Provides a smoother finish than traditional nail trimming. Available as an upgrade to the complimentary nail trim included with grooming services or as a stand-alone service.
Teeth Brushing - $10
Freshens breath and helps support good oral hygiene between regular dental cleanings.
Spa Package (Nail grinding & Teeth Brushing) - $20
De-shed Treatment - Starting at $20
Designed for dogs with heavy undercoats, our de-shed treatment helps remove loose hair, reduce shedding, and leave a coat healthy and manageable.
Pricing varies by breed, coat type, and time required.
Feather Trim - Starting at $15
A light trim of longer feathering on areas such as the legs, tail, belly, and ears without scheduling a full groom.
Anal Gland Expression - $15
Performed upon request when appropriate.
Ear Plucking - $5
Available for breeds that benefit from routine ear hair removal.
Nail Polish - $20
Available in a variety of colors for a fun finishing touch.
Express Grooming is available for an additional fee based on your dog’s size, coat, and grooming needs.
For dogs who benefit from a shorter visit, Express Grooming provides one-on-one attention with minimal kennel time. This service must be requested when scheduling so we can reserve dedicated time for your groomer.
Skunk Treatment - Starting at $20
Skunk odor removal treatment available in addition to your dog’s regular bath or grooming service.

Rhea has been a part of the Stone Chapel family since 2021 and has a special gift for helping dogs feel comfortable throughout the grooming process. With years of experience and a patient, gentle approach, Rhea enjoys working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.
Building trusting relationships with both pets and their families is one of the most rewarding parts of the job. Whether it’s puppy’s first groom, a routine maintenance appointment, or helping an older dog stay clean and comfortable, every groom is approached with care and attention to detail.
Outside of the grooming room, Rhea enjoys spending time with family and, of course, with animals.

With a calm, and attentive approach, Joie takes pride in creating a positive grooming experience for every dog, whether it’s a routine bath, a breed-specific trim, or a complete makeover.
One of Joie’s favorite parts of grooming is seeing each dog’s personality shine through after a fresh groom. Building trust with pets and their families is an important part of every appointment, and every dog is treated with patience, kindness, and careful attention.

Meet Crystal
Crystal has spent many years helping cats look and feel their very best, and her calm and patient approach has earned the trust of both feline guests and their owners. She understands that every cat has a unique personality, and she takes the time to help each one feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible throughout the grooming process.
Cat grooming is a specialized skill that requires separate training from dog grooming. Crystal is one of the few certified cat groomers in our area, with the knowledge and experience to safely groom cats while understanding their unique coat, skin, and handling needs.
Whether your cat needs a bath, a sanitary trim, help managing shedding or matting, or a full groom, Crystal believes every feline deserves gentle handling, patience, and exceptional care.
Outside of the grooming room, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and her many pets.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, we simply ask that you let us know as much in advance as possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another family waiting for grooming services.
Missed appointments or repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
