Your Dog’s Stay at Stone Chapel

From the moment your dog arrives, our goal is to help them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Whether they’re staying for one night or an extended visit, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful, personalized experience while you’re away.

Every dog is different. Some arrive ready to explore, while others need a little extra time to settle in. Our experienced team takes the time to get to know each guest, providing care that matches their personality, comfort level, and individual needs.

Throughout the day, your dog will enjoy regular outdoor breaks, fresh water, meals according to the schedule you provide, and plenty of personal attention from our staff. Some guests enjoy spending time with other compatible dogs, while others are happiest relaxing in their own space. We believe every dog deserves an experience that suits them.

If your dog is receiving medication or has special instructions, we’ll follow the care plan you’ve provided. Should we ever have questions or concerns during your pet’s stay, we’ll contact you promptly. We believe clear communication is an important part of earning your trust.

Our hope is that when your dog goes home, they’re not only excited to see you-they’re comfortable returning for their next visit, too.

Preparing for Your Visit

A little preparation helps ensure your pet has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please review the information below before your arrival.

  • Food - Please bring your dog’s regular food in a labeled container or bag. Keeping pets on their normal diet helps reduce digestive upset and provides a familiar routine while they’re away from home.

  • Medications - We’re happy to administer most medications at no additional charge. Please bring all medications in their original labeled containers along with clear written instructions for administering them.

  • Vaccination Requirements - For the health and safety of all of our guests, we require current vaccination records before your pet’s stay.

‍ ‍Dogs

  • Rabies

  • Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP)

  • Bordetella

    Cats

  • Rabies

  • FVRCP

Vaccination records may be emailed by your veterinarian or uploaded before your reservation.

  • Personal Belongings - You’re welcome to bring a washable blanket or one small comfort item from home if you feel it will help your pet settle in.

  • While we do our best to care for personal belongings, toys and bedding may become soiled or damaged during play and daily use. We recommend leaving irreplaceable items at home.

  • Pet Care Agreement - A signed Pet Care Agreement is required before your pet’s stay. You may complete it online before arrival or during check-in.
